Sealcoating

Crack Repairs
Cracks in asphalt can form from a number of reasons, such as inadequate base compaction, lack of proper drainage, or asphalt material drying and becoming brittle.
Hot-melt rubberized crack fill is the industry standard for repair, as used on roads and highways.
Cracks should always be filled in conjunction with sealcoating, to prevent cracks from widening further, and reduce water allowed under the asphalt surface.
Pothole Patching
Potholes form for a number of reasons, including water penetration, freeze/thaw cycles, chemical spills, unmaintained cracks, or inadequate compaction of asphalt base layers.
Solution Sealcoating is not a paving company, however, it is not uncommon that asphalt we service needs small repairs. In the case of potholes, or small depressions, we have developed the expertise to fill and patch small areas with professional results. At a fraction of the cost of full paving crews, our patching process has proven to last.
If the area of damage is too large, or out of our scope of work, we will always let you know, and give a recommendation of action to be taken before looking at the rest of the maintenance.

Solution Sealcoating uses high-end industrial pressure washers, and attachments to ensure surfaces and cracks are free of all dirt and debris to ensure the best bond possible for all of our services. Cleaning and Edging is included in all pricing, as we feel it is an essential part of the process.
